We have challenged the conventional way of thinking by extending credit to the ‘under-banked’ and ‘under-served’ customers in Rural India. The kind of customers we cater to are ignored by the Formal Financial Services Sector as most current Financial Services Sector players do not consider this segment creditworthy as these customers do not possess all the documents required by these companies. To calculate their credit capability, we follow a field investigation model rather than a document-based appraisal model.


Be it reaching out to customers, appraising a customer for a loan, or collecting EMIs, our unique business model gives us the competitive edge and capabilities to serve the Rural customer effectively and efficiently. The basic understanding that products and services offered to a Rural customer have to be customized to his needs and ‘dumded-down’ Urban solutions do not work in Rural India have helped us in gaining the confidence of the Rural customer and helped us to set the highest standards for service and quality.



By financing ‘under-banked’ customers to construct pucca houses and thereby making their dreams come true, we are not only improving their standard of living, but also helping them understand that they are eligible for financial assistance from financial institutions like ours. The same customers who would have been forced to take loans from local moneylenders are able to put their faith in a company that understands their needs and serves them with the respect they deserve. By moving in to pucca houses, customers are able to provide safety and security to their families and simultaneously improve their health and hygienic conditions.
