I started my journey as a Customer Care Executive after which I was transferred to the Credit Department as an Executive. Mahindra Home Finance recognized my potential and trusted me with the responsibility of a Team Mentor for Kallakurichi branch. I had several personal challenges, but my colleagues and seniors supported me which kept me from deterring from my goal. The flexibility and opportunities allowed me to work diligently and helped me showcase exceptional performance throughout my career. My team is my family, and as a team leader, I have always ensured that me and my team keep up the values of the organization. Being called as a Shero Shakti of Mahindra Home Finance always brings a smile on my face.

My company has always respected and recognized my hard work and talent. I am thrilled to be a part of a team where everyone encourages me to explore my capabilities and pushes me to be myself. My relationship with Mahindra Home Finance is extremely special. This organization has watered and nurtured my dreams, and because of their support I was able to transform my life by bagging the position of an on-roll employee from an office boy. I could not complete my education due to financial constraints, but I had the dream of doing something big in my eyes. I used to help with official branch work after duty which opened doors for me to learn more about the business, its products, and functions. A senior seeing me work on an official MIS and without hesitation invited me to join the review meeting. Since then, I have not looked back. With the support of my superiors and their motivation I completed my education along with my work and was soon assigned the role of my choice. I have grown with Mahindra Home Finance; the organization has fueled my Rise journey along with enabling the people of Bharat to Rise.

I joined Mahindra Home Finance armed with determination and ideas to contribute towards the growth of the organization. Drowned in my passion to do good, I never realized how time passed and I recently received the Long Service Recognition award. My journey had its own share of happy and difficult moments. There were different types of challenges that required a different approach each time. But with my team by my side, I was able to conquer every problem. What appeals to me the most is the workplace culture here. The employee first attitude keeps each member of the team motivated and give their best. I have received support from my management and seniors at every juncture, and the faith the organization has on my capabilities make me feel proud. The management has always encouraged me to take independent decisions. It has allowed me to give back to the community by connecting with maximum customers in the rural segment and supporting them as they embark on their Rise journey!

Being associated with Mahindra Home Finance is a matter of pride for me. I started as a Branch Credit Manager and throughout my journey I have been given significant exposure that helped me Rise in my career. During my stint as a Branch Credit Manager, I was involved in credit and operations along with collections and documentation. The diverse exposure to various portfolios contributed towards the versatility of my job profile. The knowledge acquired while performing my responsibilities in each segment have been valuable that I continue to use it as a guide to get over few challenges. Mahindra Home Finance has always supported its employees during their difficult times, and it makes me feel valuable and important. Hence, I feel it is my responsibility to protect the interest of the company and work towards its success.

My journey in Mahindra Home Finance started as a Branch Manager – Operations in Affordable Housing. I am proud to have a team that supports me, we have brainstormed sessions and our collective efforts have ensured we achieve good business numbers. My workplace feels like home, we celebrate moments of joy together, and every team along with their families are always present during important branch functions. I am grateful for the assistance the company provides me in terms of medical insurance and other facilities. I was ecstatic to receive my promotion, it made me feel recognized and appreciated. Mahindra Home Finance has provided me with the right environment and support to grow, and I believe I will continue to Rise in my role and contribute towards the organization’s prosperity, because #TogetherWeRise.
